HAPI Hour: Border Trip Send Off and Fundraiser

Please support us in making this trip possible. Join us for HAPI Hour fundraiser and send off the delegation on their trip.

From March 31st - April 1st, CPA will be leading a delegation of 30 youth and adult grassroots members, as well as staff and activists to visit community organizations and activists in the San Diego-Mexico border region organizing around immigration, housing, and environmental justice issues. We hope to challenge mainstream notions of immigration, to deepen our analysis about the root causes of globalization and immigration, as well as to inspire us to continue building with all communities.

*Don't forget your checkbooks! Suggested door donation: $15-$30, sliding scale. No one turned away for lack of funds.*

What your donation will pay for....
$20 pays for snacks for 1 political education workshop in preparation for the trip.
$50 pays for 1 night of lodging for 4 people.
$100 pays for 2 tanks of gas.
$200 pays for 1 day of childcare for the children of our adult members.
